When our air conditioner quit working David from Pittman was here within an hour of our call, quickly found and fixed the problem, was finished in less than 30 minutes and all is working well! Another positive experience with a contractor as we get acclimated to the Upstate! After arriving at our home at 9 PM after traveling from New Jersey, we were confronted with the fact that our AC was not working during the hot days of September. I looked up and contacted Pittman, left a message with their answering service, and within minutes a technician called to let me know I'd receive a call from the office at 8:30 AM the next morning. Like clockwork, I got a call at 8:30 AM and was told a technician would be there between 12 PM and 3 PM. At 12 PM the next day, I received a call that the technician was on his way. The folks at Pittman rescued me over the weekend before the 4th of July when our house was hit by lightning and we lost AC on two units. They had two different technicians out on a Sunday to diagnose and get me a temporary fix that gave us AC back. Then they promptly came back after the holiday to install the permanent fix. All of their staff were super nice and great with communication and the price paid was fair. Well done Pittman!
