This is an awesome place if you need to get new lighting or ceiling fans. For your house I highly recommend. You come here the staff is very nice and helpful. Every time I need to find new ceiling fans or lights for my house. I’m always come here. And I might be back soon to shop for two new lighting for my downstairs hallway.

Awesome customer service. I called about a socket for a Moen Kitchen Faucet and the guy immediately knew what I was talking about. He also let me borrow it instead of charging me for it.

MDI has a large selection of fixtures and offers a decent discount compared to other retailers. However, we purchased 8 fixtures to complete our new build home and paid upfront with the understanding that all of our fixtures would be in within one week. Three weeks after the sale and multiple phone calls, we continued to get the same answer--- "part of your fixtures are at a different store, they should be here tomorrow." We call again and they said they needed to actually check and see if the fixtures are even physically at the other location. I will politely compliment Brittany and her customer service, however the rest of the purchase process has not been smooth. If you purchase from them, you'll need to micromanage the rest of the transaction to make sure you receive your fixtures.
