We've built 3 homes and Scott was far and away the best builder we've ever worked with. A real partner in the process and a creative problem solver for the inevitable issues that crop up when going through the process. Most people obsess over cost ... Scott is that rare building partner that you can be open and transparent with and he will do the same in return. You should stop your search and book a sit down with Scott asap.

When my wife and I were considering builders for our dream lake home on Keowee, Scott was recommended to us. After meeting him, we requested four references. Each one of them could not have been more satisfied and appreciative of his company and their experience with him. In fact, it was if he had his own fan club? Each person said he was honest, organized, had really excellent subs, was flexible about reasonable changes, built a quality home, and was completed committed to their satisfaction.

Scott Baumgarner is a pleasure to work with. As an interior designer, I work with dozens of builders. Scott stands out because he is responsive, organized and considerate!
