Always the most knowledgeable and wonderful staff who take interest in your pet family treating them like one of their own. I have never once had anything but an amazing experience despite the circumstances either good or bad. I highly recommend to anyone. Charlotte and staff go above and beyond because they love what they do and it shows. I have been taking my pet families to Hooves and Paws for at least 20 years and will not go anywhere else.
It was my first visit there and I had to put my cat to sleep. The veterinarian and his tech Christy were great. They couldn't have been any more understanding and kind. Everyone working there was kind and professional.
