We bought a 2nd home/investment property on Fripp Island and was looking for bi-weekly maintenance and quotes for some clean up and improvements. I reached out to Tradewinds after seeing their name online. Michelle responded to my email the same day and we arranged to have them meet us onsite after closing. At that meeting, we knew we would most likely hire them for maintenance and the other projects we had envisioned. Boy, we are glad we made that choice. They have completed the clean up, still doing the bi-weekly service, have completed a large paver /hardscape project, installed lighting, and are scheduled for more hardscaping in August. The team at Tradewinds was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonably/competitively priced. Received a quote, approved, and install completed within 72 hours. Looking forward to coordinating future projects together.
