We bought a 2nd home/investment property on Fripp Island and was looking for bi-weekly maintenance and quotes for some clean up and improvements. I reached out to Tradewinds after seeing their name online. Michelle responded to my email the same day and we arranged to have them meet us onsite after closing. At that meeting, we knew we would most likely hire them for maintenance and the other projects we had envisioned. Boy, we are glad we made that choice. They have completed the clean up, still doing the bi-weekly service, have completed a large paver /hardscape project, installed lighting, and are scheduled for more hardscaping in August. They arrive on time, are very communicative, and fairly priced. They truly look after our home when onsite because they know we live in another state. The customer service is impeccable.
