“Just had the annual service of our Rinnai gas tankless water heater installed by Pipedex Plumbing and Drains 2 years ago. Vasilly was as professional as always. He phoned ahead to confirm his arrival time. The service took about 2 hours and I was shown the work that had been done. The space was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the service provided and the price charged. I just can't fault them. I’ve no hesitation in recommending Pipedex and will be using them again in the future; the annual inspection has already been scheduled for next year.“

Degler techs came out and found the tank out in the yard. They pumped it out and installed a riser for future access. “Had a wobbly toilet and gave ADW a call. They gave me a quote once they looked at the issue, which was replacing the flange. Once they got the flange off, they realized there was an additional issue (i trusted them because when we had replaced the toilet a year or so earlier, we noticed the issue they raised). They replaced the flange and fixed the underlying problem that was causing the flange to be so unstable. The toilet is now stable. They went with the original quote they gave me on the replacement of the flange, even though they did some extra work. There was also a year warranty on the repair, which is nice.Will give them a call again if I have any further plumbing issues.“
