Would definitely recommend this place! I’ve joined in February and been a member since. It also helps to show up. I tried the whole membership thing without coming but didn’t like the results so started coming again! David the owner is very friendly and is always smiling! Great place to network and work out! Also the work outs are ? and really challenge you! Everyone can work at their own pace and level of strength! And the trainers help you with posture aswell as make sure you’re not hurting yourself! Check it out for yourself you’ll enjoy it

My parents have been working out here for a couple years and I just started. It's really challenging at first but it's worth it! The owner and trainers are super friendly and helpful! It's like a big workout family! It's a very happy environment and a great place to work out! If you're looking for a new gym I highly recommend coming here.

I found F45 from a Facebook ad. I decided to give it a try, why not? Let me tell you, these workouts a the toughest! I could not walk the first week. I kept coming back. It's still a challenging workout, but I continue to have more gains than anything. David and his amazing team of coaches are there to help you push yourself. This isn't a place where you just pay your fees and not show up, you are held accountable for your attendance. Love this place.
