From the initial quote to the installation of a new HVAC system, AA Courier and Sons were very professional. Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with. They made sure customers understood what was happening throughout the entire installation process. The company is a great hard working family business, very caring and very responsible and passionate about their business. They sent a technician out immediately to take care of the issue on a holiday. They recommended replacing the system but did offer to top it off to get a unit cooling again due to the extreme heat. They explained that there is no guarantee how long it would last and gave detailed quotes for replacing the leaking component as well as an entire system replacement.

MY STORY: This past week I had a well know, in the Upstate SC area, HVAC company offer free inspection. I knew they would "knit-pick" everything but my HVAC had not been inspected in 3yrs so I agreed. Report came that my gas furnace heat exchangers were leaking air and by code they must disable my unit. They quoted me ALOT for a new furnace. I can't spend that kind of money without multiple quotes. Second company I get is small but very good reviews. I told them another company found my furnace faulty and they came out and gave me an estimate of almost exactly half the first company. (yes very similar equipment, half the cost). The third set of eyes was a friend who is a retired HVAC tech. I had called him to ask a question about a technical issue on the quotes and he offered to come look. He tests the system, with me watching, and can't find any issues. The last set of eyes was A.A. Courier & Sons. I told them the same thing I told 2nd company. Before I could mention that my "friend" could not find an issue, the rep said "Well lets go test the furnace to see if there really is a problem". Of course you probably guessed by now, this technician could not find a problem either. He did not give me a formal quote but did give me a budget price of slightly less than 2nd company if I wanted to replace it due to it being 30+ years old. So, 1st company total scam. 2nd company, good but should have verified issue for themselves. 3rd "Friend", GREAT friend to volunteer to take a look for me. 4th company (A.A. Courier & Sons Heating/Cooling/Generator), deserves the awards they have recently received for doing their due diligence, good pricing, honesty. I have no ties, family or friend, and this is my first time having any dealings with A.A. Courier & Sons but would highly recommend if you are in the Spartanburg, SC / Upstate area, give A.A. Courier & Sons a chance to quote your next HVAC need.
10/10 recommend!!!!!!! Aaron was quick to come out for us, found the problem and thought he fixed it. I noticed the next day the drip pan was full again and he immediately came right back out, checked things again and was able to locate another clog in a pipe under our house. He had to cut the pipe and reroute things. I had already paid the day prior and was scared to death I was going to get hit with another charge but NOPE! Aaron made sure that the problem was fixed and didn’t charge me again for the same issue like MOST companies would’ve done. I will never use another company. It was his integrity and character that sold me.
