Wellness Journey Massage Therapy

I had an amazing 90 minute hot stone massage with Josh. I didn't want to leave. He left me feeling completely relaxed and all my problem areas went away. 10/10. If you haven't gotten in with him you're definitely missing out!!

I’ve been having issues with shoulder and upper arm pain for a while. Massage therapy was mentioned as a possible help so I decided to give it a try. I’d never had a massage before, but Josh was so very knowledgeable and professional. He asked numerous questions about my pain and movement abilities. He was very knowledgeable about all the muscles and knew where best to focus to help. I highly recommend Josh at Wellness Journey!
