Do not go and absolutely do not purchase a massage through Groupon. Just got my third cancellation from "Cat". I should have read the reviews before purchasing a massage through Groupon. After reading the reviews, its now apparent that she has no intention on doing any massages for folks who purchased Groupons. Its obvious that Cat just doesn't care, but the more negative reviews she receives, maybe, just maybe she'll start to pay attention to not just customer service, but something as simple as doing the right thing. To Cat, poor business practices will eventually catch up. Not sure why you are doing this, but its not right. I hope you change this... read full review

Is this place even legit? More negative reviews than positive? Responses are always critical of the customers? High volume but can’t afford a live attendant? So busy, but sick? Are the good reviews real? “You’re not in out appointment book?” “Go through your third party!”, never seen a legit business make so many excuses or blame others. Shady. Owners are listed give their own page 5 stars? This is a joke... right?Going elsewhere to many other reliable therapistthat I ain’t have to worry about reoccurring credit card charges. One time is understandable. All the reoccurring complaints about the same issues. I’m out.

DO NOT PREPAY!! you will lose your money. Once they have it, your appointments are cancelled with no notice. You can not contact anyone. I have left messages via text, calls, emails, many many times! I can not get any response. I made another appointment, received confirmation of the appointment and then it just disappears before the appointment. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. This was a problem even before COVID. Not returning one or two methods of contact maybe call it bad customer service. This place that completely ignores all communication with a paying customer I call crooks.
