Kyle at Southern Restoration, accompanied by a fellow employee, showed up on time and kept open communication about our appointment and their expected arrival time. They did a thorough inspection and came to the conclusion that I did not need roof repair, as State Farm pushed for (out of my pocket) in order to keep home insurance on my new (old) home purchase. They could have taken the money and replaced the rippling, lumpy, or curved shingles, when in fact it's a structural issue under the roofing. I SO appreciate their honesty. I was very impressed with them and their company and will be hiring them for gutter repair, which they quoted same day. They are writing up an official report for State Farm on their letterhead to report their findings and State Farm's false accusations of a roof that is only 3 years old. I highly recommend and look forward to doing necessary business with them in the future.
