We’re very pleased with the customer service and work ethic that was put into fixing a busted pipe that was under the concrete slab on our church dining room floor by the Roto Rooter Technicians Bobby & Joseph. And when I say they did a great job, they really did us a great job !! Thanks Roto Rooter !!!
Anyone who reads my reviews knows i dont BS. I call it exactly as I see it. I had a crazy plumbing emergency on labor day. Lang from Roto Rooter was sent to my house the same day and his energy was phenominal. He wasnt pushy, answered all my questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. We came up with a solid gameplan to fix my plumbing issues and when he left I felt comfortable knowing my issues were going to be taken care of. Lang and his boss came to my house today and fixed my plumbing issue. Im very happy with not only the service, but the professionalism in which my issues were executed. I can’t begin to explain how wonderful my service was. We had an emergency situation, they were here within 30 minutes, fixed the issue, had their water restoration team here same night and had their whole crew here the next morning. They were professional and so friendly and I would highly recommend using!
