Very efficient, fast, and friendly. They always have my baby with the cutest cut. She can be a bit spicy when it comes to her grooming but they really take their time with her! She never leaves their establishment sad or in distress like she did with those chain grooming companies.? The staff at Pet Village are very professional and personable! I am very thankful that I was referred to them!
They are sweethearts here. They are great at grooming Lila and Loki. Also have a really good boarding. Me and my sister have dropped her dogs off here several times. Every time we go in I have enjoyed the atmosphere and people. Great business :)
I’ve been taking my dogs here for the past few years and I’ve never had a bad thing to say about this place. They go above and beyond each time they watch my pups. They’re even there for unfortunate events, such as my dog passing while there (no fault of their own). They handled everything gracefully and treated my pup like their own. They ensured me every thing was taken care of and held on to my boy until I was able to return from out of town. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for being there for my buddy during such a rough time as well as treating him just like family throughout his life. You guys did right by my boy, Django.
