Just try to recall when you had strong communication from any service provider...I know, it's difficult. But, Palmetto Roofing was there all the way through my roof replacement following a major hail storm. Not just when the insurance adjuster showed up, but every step of the way. Specifically, Jackson Chappell took on the role of my Single Point of Contact with enthusiasm. Tropical Storm Debby and her heavy rains was a non-event, and my CEO (wife) was happy!

Through a 6 month ordeal with State Farm, Palmetto roofing was patient, professional & Supportive. They made multiple trips to inspect, evaluate and assist me in contesting the claim denial by State Farm. There was so much wind damage I replaced my entire roof. Install team was professional as well.

After the recent hail storm we had significant roof damage and some damage to our siding. Jackson Chappell has been phenomenal during this process, our roof was replaced quickly and they managed to replace some siding that matched our current 20 year old siding.
