This is the second time I have used Outlook flooring. Both times were wonderful experiences. Jeannie who came to my home to discuss my needs and wants as well as measure was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everyone from Angie at the Rock Hill office (who helped us choose our flooring) to the project manager to the installers were professional, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The team of installers never took a break, working continuously until the job was done. I would highly recommend Outlook flooring, you won't be disappointed.

How many ways can you say totally satisfied from beginning to end with sales and service. Sales force helpful and courteous. Great follow up. Scheduling timely, accurate and accommodating. Installation team on schedule, very courteous and clean. Follow up after installation was unexpected but solutioned the one issue we had without delay and a impressive second check was done after that. I would give them a 5-star rating from beginning to end.
