Took my son here the intense atmosphere here is great, I Love the attention the coaches demand , and the experience is world class for all ages. Attended on Sundays for my son Jaiden.
Great supportive atmosphere if you want to explore combat sports. Instructors are experienced and want progression for members. Keith is a Rockstar/Rapstar he spits hot fire ?! He has so much knowledge and years of experience in the fight biz. Definitely check this gym out! You get one free class and Sundays are Free Open Mat so soak up the energy and have fun while getting the best workout ??
I would recommend this place to anyone that has a child or even an adult that is interested in MMA/Jiu-Jitsu, etc. To give this place a try. My 15 year old loves it and the Trainer/MMA fighter Keith Robinson is the best. He takes one on one time with his clients and group time. Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!!
