We had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr in Rock Hill, SC. The appointment took a little longer than expected, but I was happy that they spent extra time with my daughter and didn't seem rushed!! The staff was excellent, from the front desk, all the way through. The lady that helped pick out glasses was very patient with my daughter and got us a discount that I wasn't even expecting!!! We haven't received our glasses yet (our appointment was just yesterday), but as long as that process goes smoothly as well, I will continue to use MyEyeDr!!

Optometrist was great this review process should be broken into 2 separate groups seams like there are separate businesses. Picking glasses was not enjoyable at all. My first pair and she couldn’t get off her #$& to help no explanation of how different lenses work, all she wanted to do is sell as many add on as possible. 1 star. If I could give negative stars I would. Second time going in to pick up this other person was helpful.

Excellent staff. This was my first visit after moving from my old location. I was greeted promptly, given an thorough, well explained exam, and felt like my time was as valuable to the staff as it is to me! I look forward to visiting again!
