This practice is AWESOME!!! The staff is absolutely the best there is. Ms. Harley did my IV and I swear I barely felt it. She took time to explain what she was doing and what we were going to do. She is AWESOME!!! Ms. Tish is also an absolutely amazing person. She is always happy and willing to listen to any concerns. She is TOP NOTCH!!! When it comes to billing, Ms. Kathy is SUPER GREAT!!! She goes over every line item for your insurance and what you are paying for. There is no doubt in your mind the bill is right when you have to pay for something!!! Ms. Alice up front who does the scheduling is also AWESOME!!! You can call her and she will bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule. The same can be said about Ms. Kathy, Ms. Tish and Ms. Harley. There are not enough good words to describe Dr. Houck!!! I have known her for years and she has always been an ABSOLUTE GEM of a person. She is never in a rush to get you in and out. She does not try to upsell you on cosmetic dentistry. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!! You don't have to worry about her trying to rip you off. You can ask her the dumbest questions (believe me, I good at it) and she will not be condescending or arrogant. Just an ABSOLUTELY GREAT, AWESOME, AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE, SKILLFULL, SMART, and CARING dentist.
By far, the absolute best dental practice in NC/SC!! Their compassion and overall understanding of the core value of humanity goes way beyond just dental care!! Thank you so much for the best care of our nieces.
Can't say enough good things about India Hook Dental Care, their dentists and entire staff! My family of 4 each have a different hygienist and they are equally wonderful in their care and knowledge. The dentists have a genuine concern about patients and seek to build long term relationships, not to mention their support and commitment to the local community!
