We had a great experience with Home Appliance Teks when they were sent out by Homeowners 2-10 Warranty to work on our fridge. The tech was professional, courteous, and on time. Unfortunately when the fridge stopped working again (in the same way) two weeks later, they haven’t been answering the phone or returning calls from myself or the warranty company. Completely unacceptable. We’ve been without a fridge for over a week in large part due to Home Appliance Teks.Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair
