Greg, delivered excellence today. I needed urgent help to fix a jammed power button on my laptop due to a bent metal frame (HP Spectre). My dog knocked it off the couch. ??‍♂️ Greg manipulated the bent frame so the power button could work properly. Thank you, sincerely. 10/10 ??

I contacted Gem Systems about a keyboard replacement issue. The call was answered promptly and professionally and the gentleman dove right into my issue. 'Greg' was friendly, extremely helpful and honest and gave me a perfect recommendation to assist with my computer issue. His recommendation wasn't in his interest BUT he steered me in a better direction for my specific issue. He truly went above and beyond to find the best solution for my needs. Because of that professionalism and honesty, I feel confident he can handle any future computer needs I can give him.
