new to the area. had a few visits to the ER. will say first visit went great! the other two times were awful!! Thank God the ambulance crew were so awesome and caring. they took care of me to stop the constant pain and vomiting!! upon my last arrival. I was left in the hallway for HOURS never assigned a DR. IVs blew out of my arm twice!! last time they left it out! seriously never had anyone assigned/responsable for me.all the while..Im ill in the hallway praying for the ambulance to come get me. the next ER visit. Their billing department is the worst. They over collect before my surgery in June and now I cannot get a refund. Everyone I've talked to has given me the run around. They owe me $1561.00 and they keep appealing the claim. I've met my out of pocket so they can appeal until eternity but it won't change that they owe me a refund. Everytime I call I'm told another 30 to 45 days. The last guy I talked to wasn't even looking at the right information and accused me of hanging up on the last representative (she said is there anything else, I said I guess not and ended the call) Even had my insurance provider do a three way call to explain and got nowhere.... read full review

Worst ER I've ever seen! Took my daughter there due to vomiting and abdominal pain. We arrived at Midnight, they took her back to triage quickly but that was the only quick part about the whole experience. Front desk staff was rude and seemed to be bothered that they had to attend to patients in need. Were told that there may be a slight delay due to multiple trauma patients that had arrived which we understood. Eventually were placed in a room that looks like it hasn't been updated in years and basically feels like you are in a basement. My daughter finally had her CT Scan done at 2:30am and were told it would take approximately 1-2 hours for those results... read full review
