Very impressed! David, the technician arrived on time, he was very personable and competent! (He also made sure not to let the cat out!) He knew immediately what was wrong and provided a coupon to help with the cost. Highly recommend!
In an earlier post, I gave this company a 1-star rating...based on fraudulent information from David Bryant in NC , who uses the same name. Bryant has no insurance, is not licensed, is not bonded, has no business account with his suppliers except cash only. He is also not a BBB member as his business card shows. It was a pleasure dealing with the REAL owner and beginning the process of reporting this to the State of NC. My mistakes will be corrected very soon.
I highly recommend American Air, everyone was so professional and kind from the minute I called. They installed a new HVAC system for my home, and worked with my home warranty company ,Brooke was amazing and I can't thank her enough. The installers did a fantastic job!! Thank you so much everyone at American Air!!
