Curtis came quickly when our AC stopped working on July 3rd and determined that we had a fatal leak in the system. He was back on July 5th with a new unit. He was very thorough in his installation, cleaned the blower as well and left the work area spotless when he was done. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. All on a holiday weekend when we truly anticipated having to wait until at least Monday for the new equipment. Thank you for the excellent service!!!
Ocean Air hits all the buttons. 100%. Responsive. Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy and reliable. When we first moved in 8 years ago I had another contractor come to fix problem w AC. After 3 return service calls, 3 bills, problem persisted. I called Ocean Air. Kurt fixed it in 5 minutes. I’ve been rewarded with spectacular service ever since.
