Very responsive and quick to come to replace our water heater. The two gentleman that installed it were very friendly and professional. We will use this company again in the future.
We had our AO Smith water heater replaced by Carolina Water Heater and Plumbing after the original one - that came with the house - was leaking. Dan (the owner) stop by on time and gave me an education on water heaters to include both tank-less and tank. The estimate was fair and the work was completed the next day so much better than the original install. We are very pleased thus far...4 days later. The installers were very respectful and thorough. I'd certainly use Carolina Water Heater and Plumbing again.
I can’t say enough great things for Dan at Carolina Water Heater & Plumbing. Our home was struck by lightening and Dan was out there next day replacing flex pipes and doing whatever it took to get our gas turned back on for our family. He was so knowledgeable on the entire process. Not only did he do an amazing job at getting our home back functional but Dan went over and beyond helping us navigate the town of bluffton and getting inspections done. We can’t thank you enough for the amazing customer service and comfort knowing this job was done right.
