I have used Ace Basin twice, they have fixed both my tv and laptop! Extremely professional, Extremely competent! Both electronics were diagnosed in less than 48 hours, and both fixed within a week! Also the prices can not be beat, they charge a diagnostic fee but then use that fee towards fixing the electronics. Don’t waste your time with geek squad, who gave me a price almost 5x times higher just to diagnose (non-refundable) and then have a wait time of over a month! Ace basin electronics you guys rock!

Had a 55” Samsung tv that picture went out, google repair shops near me & found ace, decided to give them a try.. drop the tv off & in 2 days they found the issue which was my backlight went out. They repaired it in about a week.. good customer service & fast turn around. Only had 1 issue which was with billing that a Limbo in the system accidentally charged me 2x but I contacted them the day I found out & they correct the issue the same day and was refunded within 3days. Most company’s would help but hesitate but the owner Connor got right on it.. would highly recommend to anybody needing tv repairs..

Have brought in a large screen Visio tv and an older Sharp bookshelf stereo in the last year. Both items were repaired at a reasonable price and continue to function. These guys know what they’re doing bringing components back to life, and will work with you if you think something’s not right. If you need an electronic item fixed, take it to Ace Basin Electronics!
