I was looking for a local HVAC company close to me and I ran across Breeze Shooters Heating. I spoke with Brittany and explained what was going on. About a half hour later I had an appointment time on the same day. Nathan was very professional in explaining what was going on with the unit. I appreciate. We had an issue with water leaking into the bedroom and we just had another service provider come out on Monday July 10th and the the issue started back on July 14. Called this company on the 15th which is on a Saturday and had a guy out named Andrew within 2 hours of the call on a SATURDAY. They called 15 minutes ahead of arrival and Andrew was very professional while being personable. He took time to explain the issue and the options. Then they offer a 30 day service guarantee. As i am new to Chapin it’s good to find a good reliable company for issues.Service: A/C system maintenance
