They get 2 stars because of the schedule. M-F 6-2:30. It's a good schedule, but could easily be M-Th 6-4 but because change isn't welcomed and they have "done it this way for years" it will remain what it is. And that mentality doesn't apply to just the schedule; it applies to the operation's entirety. The work is extremely manual (which is fine to an extent, but this place goes beyond that extent). This company doesn't partake in ergonomics or safety. OSHA would have a field day in that place. New ideas from employees to make the jobs easier are ignored because it costs money to implement the new equipment. There is no progression pay... read full review

It was a bad experience,very micro manage ,they say it's not but it is when your watch every second.i wouldn't recommend this for any slitter operator.and also a bunch of liar's.
