We used this company to manage our rental property. Absolutely untruthful and fraudulent company that took money from my family while managing my rental property for just one year. They were over charging my tenant and pocketing the money and then attempted to charge me for “repairs” that were not warranted or approved. Absolutely disgusted with this company. DO NOT USE THEM.
Thomas Realty was so helpful and patient in getting me into a home that I love! Being a first time buyer, there were a lot of new experiences and questions. Linda Berrong was there with me every step of the way and ready to meet me ASAP when I found a home of interest. Danae Hudson was great in helping with online documents and e-signing to be able to get the paperwork submitted quickly! Thank you to everyone at Thomas Realty in Pickens!
