This company is amazing. Helen caused a tree to fall on my house, the damage was terrible inside and out, they have handled it all, including deeling with insurance. The work done has been outstanding
We are extremely pleased with Tim’s level of work, professionalism and attention to details. Our roof and supporting structure recently received wind and hail damage. The insurance adjuster came out and we received an estimate for repair. That being said, I contacted three roofing companies but Affordable Roofing is the only one that provided me with not only their detail estimate but supporting code and manufacturing requirements for their rebuttal supplements and request. It’s easy to ask for the bare minimal but he is the only one that asked for replacement flashing, not just boots and soffit. It stands to reason that if you just replace your shingles, vents etc but your flashing is not replaced then it will leak at the weakest point. He and his team will fight for the details that not only include indemnification of your roof but one that will truly meet the life expectancy of your shingle warranty. I will update following the install but I couldn’t be happier so far and the decision was simple on which company will provide full disclosure on something as important as a roof!
