Responsive and Honest! I live several hours away from my rental property. They were very responsive and came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. They helped us avoid any issues with our tenants. I trust them to be there and get 5he job done. Very kind and friendly. Only AC shop I'd use in the upstate!

I was having a problem with the AC on a houseboat. James came out on a Saturday morning to take a look. It turned out there was not a problem with the AC but rather some of the settings. He would not take a payment for his time and effort!! Nice man and honest too! I will be using Riggins Heating and Air Conditioning from now on!

The owner himself came out to give us a quote on our HVAC system. He went to the outside unit first, checked that; and then went up into our attic through the garage and looked it all over. He came out and went back up and sprayed something up there; and then came down and told us everything looked good with our system. We said GREAT and what do we owe you? And what kind of plan do we need? Mr Riggins said you don't owe me a thing; your system is fine. Give me a call when something is off and I'll come out and look at it. THat's how I work. I don't do a fake plan; I take care of your system when it needs it. THIS IS MY COMPANY!
