This is not a review ab heating and air work..but a review on the quality of people who work here. I was caught at the QT in Lexington with a deflated tire...I was going to try and figure this out myself and I asked 3 men in a Rite temp truck for a tire gage..which they had. I hadn't even started to take the tire cap off and 3 gentlemen were over me taking the reins. These men not only saved the day for my Dad and me....but renewed my faith in the goodness of others! They fixed the air pump at the QT...and plugged my tire with a kit they happen to have on hand! Btw....they were handsome ? and refused to take 50 from me for their lunch. RiteTemp heating and air is a pleasure to work with. They have prompt service and quality products. I recently bought a Goodman heating and air unit at a great price and from getting the quote to the installation, everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and prompt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their HVAC unit or repair an existing one. They are honest and reliable.
