New HVAC system installed and worked fine for about 3 months but then failed. Waccamaw technicians came out an spent total of 6+ hours tracking down the problem. Apparently was in an underground wire and we now have AC back. They plan to run a new, Sheilded wire. In checkythe Dyson, they found low refrigerant in another smaller guest room system and may need to do further leak tests (expensive) or replace that system. Over all, the technicians were very professional and thorough
We purchased this house a while back, and it has been sitting empty with the thermostat turned off. Upon arrival, the cooling was shooting out warm air. Brett called back within the hour, and arrived in another 20 or so minutes. After a quick check with the heat pump, he knew exactly what was wrong. He set up her thermostat and got me cooling off quickly. We will definitely be getting their maintenance contract, and look forward to working with such an outstanding company.
Barry Lee was very professional and personable. Nathan provided excellent service. After the maintenance call there was a minor problem and Nathan came back and fixed it but the problem reoccurred. Called for service and Barry called back from emergency service and we agreed the problem could wait til morning. Nathan was back early the next morning and resolved the problem. Excellent service as always.
