I called Grayman on a Friday afternoon in the midst of summer with an AC issue. The woman I spoke with to get a tech scheduled was very helpful, patient and reassuring. She gave me clear expectations and made sure she had all of my info so it went smoothly. The tech that came out was very polite, helpful and efficient. Invoice payment was quick and easy (and reasonably priced). We'll continue to call Grayman and recommend them to anyone looking!

I called Grayman because they had helped a friend recently. They came out promptly on a Saturday evening and temporarily fixed the problem. They told me they would call back first thing Monday morning to try to diagnose the real problem. I received a call at 8:00 am Monday morning and they came back to fix the issue which was diagnosed as needing a new coil. Kevin and his team went above and beyond to order the coil and have us back in the cool as soon as possible. They exceeding my expectations and showed compassion during the process. Can't recommend this group enough. Thank you!

Everyone with Grayman was fantastic! They were quick to respond, professional, knowledgable, did great work, cleaned up after the job was done and were all so nice to my 2-year old who was fascinated to watch them work. I hope I don't need anymore HVAC help for a while but if I do, this is the only company I want to use.
