We moved to Heritage Plantation in Pawley's Island last October and within two months we decided to gut our home and do a total remodel of every room, porch, etc. We interviewed to General Contractors and Glenn Johnson/GK Johnson Contractors won hands down. We asked if he could do the job in 5 months, and once he had the project mapped out he said he could do the job in 4 months. He and his associate Robbie did over 90% of the work themselves, we got ahead of the market on appliances, baths, etc. and they completed the job on time. Amazing with the market in 2022.
