I have asked Anderson Certified Accountant, PC
several times to please stop sending me somebody else's tax information. I have never use their services. I have called and spoke with a representative that has assured me for several year's that they will stop sending this gentleman's tax information through text. Today they've done it again. I wouldn't recommend this company because they do not have know how to update their files and keep your information private.
Worst place I’ve ever dealt with to do taxes. I submitted all my tax forms for them to review and give me an estimate. I received an unexpected form a couple of weeks after this, and notify them and sit in the return. Three weeks after receiving all returns, could not get a straight answer from anyone in the office. The manager called me and proceeded to yell at me the minute I answer the phone and it making accusations against me. Finally finished my tax return, and wanted to charge me money without giving me any information prior to me, making a decision. Told me I was worthless and didn’t really care to have me as a customer. Will never do business with this place... read full review
Grate people and they will help you with all your taxes and it doesn't take all day to get in and out
