The front desk staff are incompetent and impolite. When calling to scheduled or get information they will hang up on you and when trying to call back they will not answer. It’s hard to speak with an Office Manager because they will not take a message or transfer the call. If you are seeking care please seek elsewhere, this goes for new patients and contractors. We actually deserve better service than what this front desk gives. Customer training is definitely needed for this office.

Dr. Collie take his time with his patients, He is very freindly and he really cares about you. I strongly recommend. He fixed me up and i had a clear understanding of whats going on.

I had a 2:40 PM appt today with Hillcrest Dermatology. I arrived early like I always do for any appt and filled out paperwork. There was one lady ahead of me and then after my appt time 3 more people arrived. They were all taken back before me and when I said something I was told that they go by appt time. So if you arrive late for you appt you’re taken back regardless that your time has passed and the person who should be seen is made to wait. After 40 minutes pass my appt time I left. Horrible service
