On February 14, 2019, I was a customer. I requested small to medium box braids but in a form of a bob style. The stylist told me that my natural hair is really short and she will not be able to do it but recommended that I get small box braids for the price of 180.00. Before I got my hair done, I spoke to the Stylist numerous times before my hair appointment and she said it will only be 180.00 dollars for the small box braids. I accepted that but once she got finished with my hair, she charged me 200.00 dollars. The braids are pretty but I am not satisfied because not only that this is not what I truly wanted but she charged me 20 dollars more than what was discussed....read full review
