This studio has been life changing/saving for me at 65. I had knee replacement and started rehabbing with Y6 2 months after the surgery. My progress albeit slow is amazing. Classes vary by intensity. Restore is my personal favorite. The instructors help you modify your practice for any level of athletic health and ability. Owners, management, office staff and instructors are ALL dedicated to bringing ALL yogi’s the best possible experience possible.
