I am so glad that I found Amy at Salt and Stone. Her massage experience is truly healing. I broke an ankle several years ago which has contributed to a variety of back and body pains.
Amy's deep tissue massage is everything my body needs. I think it comes from her love of massage and personal training - she has a special understanding of how the body works, and how it heals. A massage with Amy is always a trip - first, you are talking and laughing, then suddenly I'm drooling and half asleep from being so relaxed. It's hard to imagine going anywhere else!
Amy was amazing! Made me feel comfortable immediately upon meeting her. She is super caring and hard working. We talked about fitness and she has a lot of knowledge about health/ fitness beyond massage therapy. I felt super relaxed and she added in aromatherapy and hot stones. She really cares about all aspects of her clients wellness. Would book again!
Booked an hour massage online during our vacation. It was soooo good and relaxing. I booked a second one for 90 min and also one for my wife. Amy was very professional. Offered hot stone and aromatherapy for no extra charge. She's a small business one person shop so does it her way, the right way!! Will definitely book next time I'm in town!!!
