Cannot say enough ! We found ourselves here as my son landed a 3 barb fishhook in his thumb as he was fishing at the pier. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was so so kind and funny and added a cheerful face and personality to the stressful mood he was in. I wish I had gotten her name. Just precious. The next person we encountered was our nurse Melinda. She was AMAZING! She gave Tanner all the information he asked for and was very kind and humerus keeping him comfortable in his surroundings. Was vacationing from California with my husband and 2 friends. Quickly one by one we got COVID. We came to MEDcare and we were all treated wonderfully. They saw each of us and by the third person going in they knew we were all connected. They helped us with what medications to take with our pre-existing factors as well as provided us with the letters we needed for compensation for postponing our flights back. My wife's insurance recommended this urgent care and I'm so glad they did. My wife is a retired Nurse Practitioner (they did not know this) and we would gladly go back to them. I made an appt on line, arrived 5 min early, waited 5 minutes and was promptly called back. Saw the PA, she prescribed meds and I was out of there. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses were very professional and helpful. Excellent service and I'm glad to know they are nearby if I need them again. I highly recommend them if you need urgent care. Tip: use online booking and fill out all the forms before you arrive.
