Highly recommended for any stage or experience with a yoga practice! Something for everyone and so good for the body mind & soul! Even a sensational shop in the lobby- many of my favorite pants, shirts and shawls in my wardrobe I scored here! Always love getting to support and promote a fellow woman business owner too!! So grateful this Yoga studio has stood the test of time and overcome the pandemic and economic hardships over the past few years!!

I have been attending classes her for the past 6 months and I can not say enough good things about this place. I usually the heated detox yoga on Sunday mornings. Some people go to church, I go to yoga. The instructor is amazing, she pushes you in a fun way. The class is challenging, but you are never encouraged to only do the position/levels that are good for you. I would highly recommend trying this class out!

Best yoga studio in the Summerville area! After trying several in the area, Yoga Den has become hOMe for me. Wide variety of professional and knowledgeable instructors, so many different classes, and a diverse, kind community. Don’t waste your time (or money) going anywhere else!
