I went to just get my glasses tightened and the girl told me she needed a license doctor with her to do it. My glasses soon after fell off of my face and broke now I can’t see or do anything and I have to pay so much money to get new glasses when they simply could have just tightened it. Thanks

Poor customer service, no one never ever picks up the phone, and when someone does they are rude and place you on hold until u get frustrated and hang up. I will never due business here.

I had an eye exam for contacts. The prescription was completely wrong, blurring my vision & giving me headaches. I called them to fix it & had to make another appointment. They tried to charge me an additional $30 for a sitting fee. I'll never go here again.
