“All I can say is, wow!
Top notch across the board. The staff are amazing. Incredibly friendly, professional and focused on creating an environment that brings comfort and creates confidence.
I'll especially call out Gabby (apologies if I spelled it wrong). She was so warm and friendly. Just in the briefly time interacting with her, she made us feel so welcome and at ease. :-)
Dr. Jacobson is second to none in my experience. He helped me back in 2020 with one of my English Bulldogs. And back then I was overly impressed with the level of care and compassion. As well as a willingness to walk me through all the details to give me the best possible understanding of what we were dealing with. And now again in 2025, with another one of my English Bulldogs, the experience was even better.
He spent time to first explain to me in great detail the condition my girl is dealing with. But he took the time to draw it out on a white board and broke it all down for me. And he listened when I asked questions and then took to the time to ensure I fully understood the answer. It got me thinking... maybe he could spend some time coaching 'people' docs. ;-)
At any rate, regardless of where I might find myself living in the future, if I ever have a need for veterinary cardiologist, I'll make the trip!“
“I have been dealing with this Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years and everybody there is absolutely amazing“
“My dog hates it! But I love them! They are always so nice to my dog and treat her like the love her. Makes me happy! - Kristi & Daisy Andrews“
“I’ve been a long-time customer of Lowcountry Pet Wellness Clinic and recently took my dog there for her yearly shots. I continue to be impressed with how convenient the process is. One of the standout features is that no appointment is necessary. They have open clinic days, typically two to three days a week, where you can simply walk in during their normal hours.
The check-in system is efficient. You sign in when you arrive, and they have a great system for keeping track of your place in line. It can get busy, so I recommend showing up as early as possible before they open to secure a spot, but once you're there, everything flows quickly.
One of the biggest perks is that they don't charge for an actual vet visit, meaning you only pay for the shots or medicine your pet needs. This makes it a very affordable option for pet owners, especially if you're caring for animals on a budget.
As a long-time customer, I highly recommend Lowcountry Pet Wellness Clinic as a budget-friendly and efficient alternative to a traditional vet visit.“
“This place is fantastic. My husband and I went in to see a 2 mo old German shepherd pup. Staff was very friendly and got us into a play room with him right away. The paperwork was really easy to do. We explained we had a cat at home and they gave us a few pamphlets and tips on how to introduce them and keep them calm. The tips worked great and they’re best buds already!
After a day or two, we believed the puppy to have kennel cough. I called the shelter back and they got medication filled for him and I was able to pick it up within the hour. This place was great from start to finish!“
“I highly recommend this animal hospital! The staff is exceptionally professional and welcoming. I called with an emergency for my dog, Remi, and they accommodated us with a same-day visit. Their prompt response and compassionate care made a world of difference. I’m very grateful for the outstanding service they provide.“
