The products used are quality, customers can feel and smell them. Your hair will look nice. The ladies that do hair in the shop are nice as well. They are always patient and caring. The owner recognizes returning customers. Prices are reasonable compared to other shops, and some customers can get serviced with a set budget. There are concerns about inconsistent prices, with one instance of a price changing from $140 to $200 for the same style within a few weeks. Some customers find the braids are done a little tight. They do use a product that can make white flakey looking stuff show in the hair after a few weeks.
Tina is very nice! The other ladies that do hair in the shop are nice as well. They do use a product that I don’t like that is white and it makes white flakey looking stuff show in the hair after a few weeks that I didn’t like. They braid alittle tight for me. All of the ladies in the shop braiding skills are pretty good. Your hair will look nice. I just have one complaint and that is the prices are not consistent. Example:you will get a style one week and the price is 140 then a few weeks later when you call back to get the same exact style the price went up and now it is 200. I have been going to this location for years. I usually get sew-ins, crochet, or single braids. The prices are reasonable compared to salons and African braiding shops these days. I’ve seen people come in with a set budget and they were able to get serviced. You can talk to them about your wants and concerns. The workers here are always patient and caring. The owner recognizes me when I come in and I observed this with other people that were returning. During my last visit, I came in pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable. This is my number 1 braiding shop, for 1 they don't make you pay a deposit just too book an appointment,then they always start on time, Tina braids my hair. I came in to make a Wednesday appointment for next week but Tina ask if I wanted it done today, so I jumped on it. I was already having a bad day a work. So this treatment made me feel so relaxed. She always do a excellent job, the atmosphere is so nice and calm. The products she use are quality, I can feel them and smell them. I'm always a repeat satisfied customer. So yes I say go visit them.
