Very good experience with this team. The technician Spencer is professional and very competent and through his effort I was able to get AC noise issue fixed. He wouldn’t let up until he relocated lines inside wall to stop rattling.
I also dealt with Diana and manager Vicky who were gracious and competent

My wife and I had Smiths out to follow up on our new home annual inspection. They were on time clean and courteous. Also they installed our new Ecobee premium smart thermostat. Spencer was awesome providing top notch service. And he explained everything to my wife. I would highly recommend them for any and all HVAC needs.
I have always been pleased with the maintenance service I have recieved from Smith's but during my recent service John surpassed their normal service. Not only did he show great diligence spending so much time on it but also provided so much helpful feedback. This included going over everything he found examing my unit and also providing helpful recommendations including which type of air filter was best and additional things to obtain such as a surge protector and CO2 detector.
