Frank, our technician, always makes sure to talk to us about our concerns and explain what he is doing for our treatments. He is always prompt, very nice and personable, and is great at what he does. Highly recommend this company and Frank!

Pernell from RIDD was courteous and asked if there were specific pest issues we needed help with other than provided our pest treatment. He did a great job working around the outside of house and swept our eaves. He treated the front yard for moles which have been persistent over the past couple of years. (Our pups keep the moles from entering the backyard.)
