Technicians were knowledgeable and straight to the point regarding troubleshooting and repairs needed. Techs were on time for both service calls and kept us notified of their progress. Customer care was helpful as well. They offered portable ACs if needed and were timely with call backs and quotes. Highly recommend.

They are a fantastic company to work with. All the way from the scheduling, to the people, the interactions, and the price, my experience with PROS Heating & Air was great. We had Anthony first service our unit and was willing to speak in a friendly, professional, and kind manner. We had Wes and Anthony replace our unit in a timely manner, with no mistakes, no messes, and above all else gave us a comfortable feeling, knowing they were servicing our home correctly.
