“I've read all the reviews for this company and I decided to use them because my neighbors have all had great success with them. They came out a couple of weeks and gave me a price for the whole year. I paid it in full so I can get a 5% discount. There was some miscommunication between me and the gentleman that came out and when I called the office I told them my concerns. David, who I believe is the owner call me back promptly and told me he would figure it all out. He called me later on in the afternoon resolved all the issues and has me on track for the exact program I want. The miscommunication was not the person's fault that came out. He listened to what I had to say and he was very very informative on the issues I was having with my brand new lawn. I just replaced my front and back lawn from centipede to Zoysia. I had a ton of questions because I have to spending all that money I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I think when I interrupted him writing up the proposal I might have distracted him. Based upon my neighbor's experiences with this company and the one little glitch that we resolved today with no problem or arguments at all, I would highly recommend David and his crew to anyone that needs service.
