I cannot speak highly enough about the work Kennedy-Richter did on our building. They were all extremely competent and professional, workers and management alike. They have repaired all the problems we had and given us a brand new, beautiful building.It was particularly a pleasure to work with Mike Bennett, the on-site manager. He was incredibly efficient and responsive. He and his workers made the project so much easier and better than it could have been.The project was brought in ahead of schedule and on budget, even though several things had to be added as we went along.We will actually miss our day to day interactions with Mike B and all the wonderful workers who worked so diligently on our project.Thank you to you all.
